1. Reservation requests can only be made via our reservation portal. We ask for your understanding that we can only make appointments as indicated. Requests sent by post, email or via the contact form cannot be processed.
2. To make your request, please log in to the reservation portal with your customer number and password. If you are visiting our portal for the first time, you can create a customer account during the inquiry process.
3. All communication takes place via the e-mail address stored in the customer account. Please also check your spam folder regularly from now on so that you do not miss any important information about the Oktoberfest.
4. It is worth visiting the reservation portal regularly, as new appointment slots are regularly posted online and can be requested. Unfortunately, dates that are not offered in the reservation portal cannot be requested.
5. You can view the status of your reservation request at any time in the reservation portal under your customer account. If you need to cancel an appointment, you can do this yourself in the portal.
6. You have the option of entering a different billing address from the customer data for each appointment.
7. When processing the individual appointments, please note that the required minimum Voucher purchase for the respective appointment has already been entered. Only if you wish to order additional Vouchers (beer, food, value) do you need to order these separately.
8. You will only receive a final confirmation of your reservation once we have been granted the annual permit for the Oktoberfest by the state capital and the prices have been fixed. As a rule, this permission is granted by the end of June of the same year
9. Please check your stored invoice data again before the upcoming invoicing. Subsequent changes are not possible due to the system.
10. You will then receive a request for payment from July. As soon as this has been paid by you on time, the reservation is also binding on our part and you will receive the corresponding invoice electronically.
11. Subsequent changes or complete cancelations are only possible under certain conditions. More information on this can be found at armbrustschuetzenzelt.de/agbs

Voucher collection:

Paid vouchers can be collected from mid-July to mid-August at the city office or during the Oktoberfest at the Oktoberfest office in the festival tent on presentation of the invoice or an official photo ID or power of attorney.

The reservation office is closed from mid-August up to and including the Friday before the Wiesnwirte move in.

Notes for the reservation day:

If the main entrance to the tent is closed at the confirmed admission time, please use entrance W1 at the rear of the tent.
Admission tickets for one-time admission at the admission time are only available on Saturdays and only for evening and afternoon reservations from 14:30. You will receive these admission tickets when you collect your voucher or they will be automatically sent to the postal address stored in your customer account from mid-August. There are no admission tickets for all other days and on Saturday afternoons until 14:00.
Please make sure that you and your guests occupy your seats punctually and in full, as the tent may be closed after the admission times and seats that are not occupied on time will be passed on to other guests after the 15-minute waiting time despite the purchase of a voucher.

Lunchtime seating from Monday to Friday (except public holiday 3.10.) is kept free until 11:00 a.m., on Saturdays and Sundays and on the public holiday 3.10. until 10:00 a.m.
Additional standing room in the area of your reservation and in the escape and rescue routes is not permitted for fire safety reasons.
Smoking is prohibited in the entire tent.

Sale and transfer of reservations:

We have regulated the conditions for passing on reservations and their consequences in detail in our General Terms and Conditions. We strongly advise against accepting overpriced reservation offers from the Internet or newspaper advertisements. Often the providers are not even in possession of the tables offered. You can rest assured that we are exhausting all possibilities to prevent these excesses in the trade with Oktoberfest reservations. But as long as there are people who are prepared to pay these prices, there will always be people who take advantage of this situation.
